Its about an in or two inside your vagina on the upper wall (like towards your pelvis area). He has to make a "come here" motion with his two fingers and rub that spot. Its supposedly the size of a quarter and the skin feels kinda rougher. He also has to apply some pressure, like do it kinda hard, and for a while. Then the first feelings you'll get if he's doin it right, is you'll feel like your gonna pee. Stick with it cause once this feeling goes away, extremely plessurable waves of exstacy role through your body, till you have an exploding super orgasm. Better than a clit orgasm I've heard. The g-spot is located inside the vaginal wall about an inch up. It is a rough spot at the top side of the wall.

First you have to know where it is located. If you don't you may have to do some exploration on yourself.
Once you know where it is you may have to adjust your positions during sex. Or you could have him finger you during foreplay. Once he knows where it is he could adjust his moves while he is in you.
A trick that may help is to put a pillow under you while he is on top.
