I would say a definite 'Yes'! My experience has shown that nine times out of ten, instincts have proved to be correct. It can't be explained, but it's like some inbuilt defence system and usually works very well.

100% yes, That little voice inside is trying to tell you some thing. Even if it's telling you no or yes but you don't know why you should follow it anyway because it will become clean why later on. Just know yourself and know that your instinct is a deep feeling trying to be heard.

As often as you can. Your gut, your instincts are never wrong. Learning to listen and trust them is the hard part. Its real easy to second guess yourself and that is when you get into trouble.

YES ALWAYS TRUST YOUR INSTINCTS,MY INSTINCTS WAS THAT MY BOYFRIEND HAD GONE OF BEING WITH ME DIDN'T LOVE ME LIKE HE SAID HE DID AND WAS GETTING CLOSE TO SOME TROLLOP ON THE NET..I WAS RITE!!!EVEN THO AT THE TIME WHEN I ALWAYS ASKED WHATS GOING ON IT TOOK HIM MONTHS TO TELL ME HE HAD LOST THE LOVE.....I WILL ALWAYS TRUST MY INSTINCTS FROM NOW ON

yes as long as you are not a psychopath or have otherwise severe mental health problems. Instincts are usually right.
