What fees are charged by letting agents for letting house, for all scenorio's? Also what the fees for buying & selling houses?

its alot. escrow fees in the thousands. 5% of the total house value to the agents. repair fees will be needed after a apprasil in the housing stating problems that must be fixed in order to sell. so you are looking at a high price here. good luck
