is it better to awaken somebody who is asleep and dreams
or rather awaken somebody who is awake but dreams of being awake?
why?

You can't awaken somebody who is already awake and you cant dream of being awake if you're already awake, and even if you could it wouldn't matter if you woke the person up, because they were already dreaming that they were awake anyway.

Plato wrote about this in his allegory of The Cave.
He wrote that most people are like cave dwellers who see the real world as shadows on the wall of a cave. They're content to sit and watch the shadows because the real world is far more complicated and dangerous.
Since I hate being awoken from a good nap, I say leave the sleeping dreamers lie. Awaken those dreamers who want to leave the cave, but only if they want to.

wake up the walking dreamers. they are in denial.
its not good to wake up people who are sleeping and having dreams especially sleep walkers.
