For the last 7 days give her a small glass of pure orange juice with a dessert spoon of olive oil - tastes better than cod liver or castor and gives baby lovely skin - and short drives in the car over a bumpy road also helps. Good luck hope all goes well.

I had a baby a year and half ago, even though you really REALLY shouldn't, eat something spicy or anything that she doesn't normally eat. It will aggravate the baby. Then again, your baby maybe stubborn and will give you guys two EXTRA weeks. Have sex, walk in a mall, stay active. I did that and my son came, plus the delivery was easy NO PAIN MEDICATION!

frequently the 2d toddler will drop yet flow again up at various circumstances, so no matter if he would not interact completely, you ought with the intention to grant evidently. That being suggested, you received't flow exertions till your body is waiting. human beings have sex throughout the time of their finished pregnancies and it would not lead them to flow exertions early. the only element that ought to happen is the sperm can help skinny your cervix, yet no longer till it really is waiting. Nipple stimulation has a tendency to no longer do a lot yet make you leak, warm ingredients supply you extra coronary heart burn than something. walking is conventional to help progression exertions, yet as far as starting up it, it really is yet another element which will only help at the same time as your body is waiting. All in all, only because you'd be considered finished time period were you to flow exertions, 36 weeks is too early to purpose to get it going. i'd only wait out the 4 weeks and enable your body flow at the same time as it really is waiting. it really is easily your suitable wager for being waiting to delivery evidently besides.

do you just mean to ask about when labour actually begins so that its quick?

basically try to get your wife to stay calm and not stress the baby out as this delays things, and keep mobile for as long as possible during contractions

good luck to you both
