I'll be starting to teach a couple of chapters on oral communication over the next couple of weeks (meets once/wk). I have a pretty good idea what I'd like to cover, but I'm wondering if you have any tips:

The most common mistakes you see in oral communication?
Possible in-class activities to help stress the most important points (and to keep their interest, of course)?

Thanks.
