American policy in the middle east is hypocritical. First we were friends with the dictator and tyrant Saddam and then we used his dictatorship as a justification to attack him after we found no weapons. Same with Pakistan, friends today, who knows what tomorrow.

We must get it in through our thick skulls that, terrorists can only be ruled by ruthless dictators. Instead of wasting money and lives in effort to pump democracy in to these lands, we should just pay off the dictator in charge (like the $80 million per month we pay Musharaff now).
If they act up, we only have to kill one person - not thousands of innocent people in that country and our military.
