Considering he is pushing a bill to allow torture today, and we know it was going on before this statement, I'd call him a liar.

Well, yeah.

And twice he put his hand on the Bible and swore to uphold the Constitution of the United States of America.

He's the flip-floppinest of the flip-floppers.

"We'll find Bin Laden and bring him to justice."

"It isn't about Bin Laden."

"Bin Laden is dangerous."

"I don't care about Bin Laden."

"Not a day goes by I don't think about Bin Laden."

Sure, he also said that there were WMD's in Iraq, and that Iraq was directly linked with Al Quaeda. His administration lies. Are you new to this? Just like Clinton before him said "I did not have sexual relations with that woman", just like Bush before him said "No new taxes" and followed it up with the largest tax hike of the 20th century. Don't you get it? They lie. All of them.

Yes he did. But then again, he can't "remember" what he said from one year to the next, no matter how important it is.
