I was wantin to get a body kit for my 1999 Silverado but I was told it wouldn't look right where it is high and I dont want to lower it cause its 4 wheel drive

No more body lifts please!!!! Suspension lifts only! There's no point in them, as they don't add any clearance other than tire clearance, and they just look bad!

I'm with the guy above...body kits are lame. Don't waste your money. Put it somewhere worth while, like some new wheels or tire treads, or even engine performance. OEM looks always proves to be the best. Body kits are like having too much frosting on a cake.
