If it's not starting even in Safe Mode, then it is a serious problem. Sounds like a Harddisk problem to me..

Find a professional who can run Windows Recovery from Windows Installation CD.

i have the same laptop as you and it started to do this to me also. i asked my hubby to take a look at it. well the problem with mine was my hard drive was going out of it. when he put a new one in i have not had that problem with it since. he said i might have got a virus in it, and had caused the problem. or it was just that because i had it so long it just went bad. we got my new hard drive from e-bay i think it was like $30 with s/h. the only thing that i think sucked about it was i lost what i had one there.
hope this helps you.

Try an emergency boot disk or cd - If you don't have one use another computer to make one.

Will have to unzip the files first. Then copy the files to a diskette or CD to boot from.
