There is no such thing of a lower intake manifold gasket on V6 3.5L MFI Isuzu Trooper 2wd but there is such thing as intake manifold gasket and there is two of them one for left bank and one for right bank. So first thing drain the radiator also be sure to keep coolant away from animals they like to drink it. Next remove air filter and all on top and remove altenator then disconnect accelerator cable lines. Depressurize the fuel system and disconnect the fuel line and take fuel injector wires off each injector 6 their is and be sure to mark them as to which one is which cause it does matter to where they go. Remove the upper radiator hose off be sure to remember which way the thermostat went which is located under the upper radiator hose you will see it when it comes off next take tempature sensor plug off which is next to upper radiator hose going into the intake manifold. Take AC compressor of and hang it out the way do not undo the hoses going into it. When undoing any vacumm lines that might be in the way be sure to label them too. After everything is out the way there is 10 to 12 bolts holding the intake manifold undo them all and pull it up out way and after that you will need to tag a rag and absorb all the oil and radiator fluid you see down there it should be dry when you are done and scrap the old gasket off at same time take some brake fluid cleaner or any injector cleaner that is aresol and spray into the intake manifold to clean what you can out of it. Ok after all is clean take a thin and thin as you can smear it grease onto where the new gaskets go so when you put the new gasket on it will prevent it from slipping out of place. And you put everything back vice versa a few tips it would do you good to replace your thermostat and thermostat sensor while you have all this apart. After putting everything together and you fill up your radiator take your vehicle spin it around block couple times and drive it back home and keep vehicle running open radiator cap slowly cause it could spew if it tries to screw it closed enough to stop it and do it slowly again till you get it open then add additional water if possible cause sometimes you can get air pockets in the engine and such.

Dear Sir: My goodness most unique situation, after rectifying, I would tell Jay Leno, or the car magazines, so others can get a laugh out of this! Or avoid it! Well the mouse probably can squeeze through the spark plug hole believe it or not. Leave the plug out and put some cereal or better, cheese around the outside. If the mouse is already dead and you don't give a damn about the damn mouse you can run the engine with zero damage to it!! Yes burnt mouse pieces will go through the valves and out the exhaust. You will not even notice it probably!! The mouse flesh and bones are just to infinitesimal against the metal parts. No damage to any tolerance at all. If you are worried bring the piston to the top mush it up with a wood rod, and copper air hose extension blast out the bits and pieces. Before you start it.

I agree with Ozniwellm,Except he forgot one important measure. Before you do anything disconnect the battery.Having a loose hot wire from the alternator and having disconnected fuel lines is a no no!
Also get a Haynes manual for your make model and year. It will give you the step by step instructions in a little better detail than he explained. I bet the first step will be disconnect battery terminals.
