'04 Scion XA. The noise is somewhat high pitched and it's throughout the whole car, not just in the general area of the door, like a vibration problem.

you may believe it is throughout the whole car, but my bet is on the hinges. The best thing is WD40. Just spray it on, and move the door back and forth

The strike pins may need adjusting on your door so when you close your door it will hold the door closer to the body of the car and And eliminate the door being loose and squeaking.
It's a very simple fix. The car is too new to be anything major. See if a mechanic can adjust them a little to make the door tighter when they are closed. It won't take much adjusting to do this. And oil all hinge and contact points of the door with PBlaster or WD40.

Have you tried oiling the hinges and latches. It might be something as simple as that.

either oil the henges or the level of the car might be making it sqeek
