Technically the Declaration of Independence doesn't include a list of freedoms or rights. The Declaration of Independence outlines why the colonists believed they should be free. They do state that all men are endowed with unalienable rights--- life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness...

The "freedoms" guaranteed to our citizens are derived from the Constitution and its Amendments.
