I think that Winnie the Pooh would totally beat Micky Mouse. Winnie the Pooh is cooler than Mickey

Mickey Mouse would win. He is more agile and healthy. Pooh would be winded after one punch. Think about it, Pooh never works out, all he does is eat honey and look for more honey to eat. So Pooh is a lazy fat bear.
Mickey on the other hand, is always on the move and so he is healthy and has speed to land the punches in Pooh's fat gut. Mickey also has huge hands as opposed to Pooh's stub hands.
Winnie the Pooh would be knocked out in the first round by the big hands of Mickey.

Would have to be Mickey Mouse because Winnie the Pooh is a Canadian and Canadians are too nice to fight. :0)

Winne the Pooh is so inocent that will never understand that he is actually fighting with Mickey Mouse. Mickey is more agresive and always looking for a way to win. Mickey will win.

Winnie has a good size pose which happens to include a Tigger. Tigger would bounce all over that pest Mickey.
Always have backup when dealing with rodents.
Of course you could always just let the owl eat him if Tigger is busy.
Godfather Pooh doesn't like to deal with minor problems. He has to run the family.
