She goes walking around like she is the Queen of England and expects people to bow down to her. I think she is only a fair talk show host with very little talent as an actress. And I'm sick of seeing her name on books and magazines. Who cares what Oprah thinks you should read. And now with her own magazine, so that she can impart her wisdom upon us? She is so full of herself. Don't you wish Oprah would just go away?

Opera will go away when bored, needy, and depressed, lonely housewives get off her band wagon. Her empire will crumble when the money dries up and she is no longer making a profit. Its all about the money and bling bling she brings to the network. She has been getting bad advice on what to put on her show since that Dr Phil and she is way more lazy when it comes to putting her heart into her work. Politics is opening up to her because of her popularity and wealth. She is a controllable black person and the whites in power will keep her there until she can't be controlled anymore. Pay attention to the world of broadcasting and politics for the past 5 decades. The problem is the people who fuel the frenzy and then keep it going. The needers and loosers.

I was fed up with her the first time I saw her. I had her game all along: Queen of the Politically Correct. I mean with the demographics all on her side -- not one but TWO popular categories of Correctness covered -- sheer psychological technique, cold and calculating, can make any reasonably attractive black female popular. She is more coldly calculating than most, so she made it to the top of a very smelly heap.

I could have respected her if she had acknowledged what she was doing, and run for political office on the Democratic ticket from the first. Then she would have been a worthy adversary, and I can respect that. This is not a woman who does things by honest intention, however.

And replace her with who? Madonna? Rosie O'Donnell? Scooter Libby? She is too marketable. If she supplies a e book the thumbs up it is going to change right into a suitable broker. Who else can try this? Roger Murdock can not try this. as well her ratings are good. human beings love Oprah. I choose she had inventory, i'd purchase it. i do not watch her yet i trust the impression she has.

This is what happens to people who have so much money! Money equates to power in our world and she can buy her way into and out of everything! Some of the things she does and says makes her appear holy-er than thou and yes it's getting annoying. It seems that she will say and do anything that gets her more prestige and power.

Look what she did to author James Frey...Was that justified? Read the book and leave the poor guy alone. He is human and not god-like...humans make mistakes!

I'm with the person who would like to get a few of those millions! I'll sit down and figure out a way with ya!

She seriously has a poor taste in books, I can't figure why people rush out to get the garbage she suggests.

She will find out that she thinks more of herself than others do when she steps down from talk shows. She will experience what Dennis Rodman went through, after she leaves what made her famous, no one will give a crap about her.

Ok i'll admit that i used to watch her.

but over the years i just can't stand her. she makes people believe that SHE gave her audience new cars...she didn't spend a DIME!

and on her "favorite things" shows she doens't buy these items...they are donated to her.

i read what i want to and don't care if it was on her book club list.

She made that big sceen about how that store in France wouldn't let her in because she was black. i don't think that mattered to them...they were closed.

Oprah is not that bad, i mean if u want to know about a celeb's life she is the only one that can get it out of them besides Barbara Walters. she also gives a lot of money to charities, and she is also uses her show to help people who are not in good situations. She has money dont hate cuz she can do whatever she wants...

Oprah's ok. Leave her alone. If you don't like her, don't watch her show, read her books, or buy her magazine. Nobody is forcing you to.

Actually, I really wish Tyra would just go away.
