If you are asking if you can build a deck with multiple mana choices (i.e. swamp, plains, water, forest, or fire) then yes. In fact there are cards that require various mana to be played. So you are allowed both monocolored and multicolored decks, as long as the cards being used are tournament acceptable and the deck is at least 60 cards. (Side note: if you are only playing with friends, then make up some house rules.)

You can make a deck out of any number of colors that you want, but the best practice is to use 2 or 3 colors. A one-color deck is too easy to block (via any protective spells). Decks with too many colors can be hard to get stuff out - nothing worse than having a hand full of spells that you can't cast because you have the wrong type of mana.

You can have any number of colors in your deck. Though 3 should be the limit. I suggest you look at the Ravnica block preconstructed decks if you want to try out a multicolor deck. There are 10 2-color combinations in all and all are pretty much ok. Selesnya United is my personal favorite. Note: For a competitive multicolored deck you'll need to have your mana perfectly balanced. Shocklands(i.e. Temple Garden, etc), Painlands(i.e. Yavimaya Coast, etc), Karoos(i.e. Selesnya Sanctuary, etc), and Signets(i.e. Dimir Signet, etc) are all good ways of balancing your mana. Don't be discouraged if your multicolored deck doesn't seem to work right. 9 times out of 10 the mana base is what's wrong with the deck.

Yes you can, you need the mana for that color to cast the spells though. It can be a tough balancing act. Try not to use more than two colors.

There are some pretty powerful multi color decks out there. If you are new I would suggest getting used to one color. Then when you are more experienced and know the cards better, try different combinations.

Drove of Elves to get extra desirable and that they have shroud purely out of your combatants spells. Imperious suited is stable, Masked Admirers consistently comes lower back and attracts you enjoying cards, Elvish Champion to grant all your elves forestwalk against different woodland decks, and Gilt Leaf Ambush to get extra elves on the sphere at instantaneous speed. it quite is somewhat stable, now different issues you may get in there that are actually not elf spells, yet are enormous, nasty issues that are considered threats could be issues like Primal Crux, because of the fact it has trample and it is skill and sturdiness are equivalent to the fairway mana symbols of all your permanents (minimum 6/6), Oversould of nightfall, because of the fact it has risk-free practices from pink, Black, and Blue, so it can't be terrored, burned, or bounced, additionally with a faithful druid in play on turn 2
