You should flirt alot and wait for him to ask you. Men love to chase women. Don't take that away from him. A real lady never HAS to ask a guy out! There are plenty of ways a girl can let a guy know they are intereseted without making the "first move" or asking them on a date. Find reasons to talk to him. Talk to his friends about him. Laugh at his jokes and give him compliements.

You need to ask him out. Maybe just to do something fun where you can talk and get to hang out for a while. Nothing like dinner or a movie, do a coffie shop or something

never wait for a guy to ask you they never do no matter how many hints you drop,if he's a guy from work just as your clocking off just say anyone fancy drinks and look in his directon if thats not a bigger enough hint then i don't know what is .let us know x
