I do not work for Goldman but I work in the financial services industry. Goldman is certainly one of the most prestigious firms on Wall Street. I assume you are asking about the hours and stress. From all accounts I have heard, the stress level is high and hours are long. Young analysts commonly put in eighty or more hours per week. I also hear the pay is handsome, but employees must be extremely dedicated to put in the kind of time and effort they require.
