well its gonna make the central asia- rest of the world link easier since the govt's gonna link china (and probably afghanistan) with gawadar hence making a shorter trade path to the central asian countries..

Well well, so far, the most important mile stone in the history of Pakistan and the importance of the geo-strategic situation of Pakistan, Gwader is the main thing that has drwn the world's attention towards itself. China wanted this to happen. The USA does not like it. Afganistan is going to benefit from it. Dubai is going to lose some of the business.
