You cannot really do anything to stunt your growth Illness and extremely poor nutrition can stunt your growth and you don't want that!
I know it is hard to be tall while you are in school. It is especially hard when the boys are shorter than you. They will catch up to you by high school. I know that does not help you now, but it will happen. I am sure you look great in your clothes. Clothes are made for tall, long-legged people.
I have two nieces (15 and 17). Both are tall. They are now in high school and it is all OK now. There are many tall boys in high school.
Who cares if you are taller than your girlfriends? They are probably jealous of you.

well, I'd reccomend you talk to your doctor to see if there's any harmonal problem that's affecting your growth. I don't think it's possible to make yourself shorter. As far as stunting you growth, medications like Ritalin and Adderall can stunt your growth, but you'll usually eventually reach your adult height. I am not suggesting you use Ritalin to stunt your growth, I am suggesting you see a doctor. Also, keep in mind at 13 it is possible you've already reached your adult height and won't grow much more.

Nothing that won't hurt you and isn't illegal. I am 5'8" and stopped growing at 15. It may be awkward to be tall now, but everyone will catch up to you soon. In the long run, it just won't matter. Stand tall and be proud!

my girlfriend's dad can stunt your growth, as soon as it grows and he walks in, it stops growing

why do you want to stop growing? If your a girl you can be a model, if your a guy play sports

idk what really stunts your growth but every one tells me that coffee doesn't but used to drink it all the tI'me when i was little and now im short so that's a hard question
