i spilled a big bottle on a vinyl kitchen floor, and its everywhere, just keeps sudding up. Is there a way to neutralize it.

Not really. You'll just have to keep washing it.

Oh, that sounds terrible. I would try to pick up the detergent without water, first. Use paper towels or rags that you can sacrifice, and get as much as you can. Then you can start wiping with a slightly damp sponge or cloth. Good luck. You will get it done!

Yes you need an anti-foaming agent. This will kill the suds.

try using white vinigar,after I clean my floors I use white vinigar water to remove soap film
