Would you wonder where they had gone? Maybe they all went to heaven and God left you here.:)

What would you do to pass the time? I mean, you'd have an endless supply of canned foods like spam and pooted meat to take care of food. What would you do with all the time you have?

All the money you have would be worthless as everything you get you can get for free.

At first I would go and do the things I have always wanted to do, and see the things I have always wanted to see. However it would be very hard to keep yourself from going insane. (watch the film Silent Planet for a perfect example of this scenario) After awhile you would be lonely and crazy. The best way to pass the time would be to learn new thigns. Learn how to sail so that you can travel overseas, learn how to hunt, learn how to contact the people on the space shuttle because you only said people on the earth are gone, so at least there would be someone to talk to. Maybe even learn to fly the psace shuttle so you can go pick them up.

Wow, can you imagine? What would I do?

My first instinct would to breath a heavy sigh of relief. Why, simply because then I would not have to rush to work, answer to my boss, worry about what's for dinner or even whether or not that bill is paid on time or not. My worries would soon vanish shortly after this huge discovery.

That's my first instinct. Waking up and realizing this is what has happened? Well then, the novelty would wear off quickly and I would wander and hope that I could find at least one companion to help me through this endeavour. Short of that, I would probably hope that some sort of 'moving' animal could be found -hopefully a dog. Short of that, well then, now the panic starts, and once that happens, the worry sets in, and after that .. well now we have the makings of a new sci-fi flick.. I guess then I would wait for the director to yell "CUT" !

Whew, thank God this was just a dream.

Thanks for the wake-up call.

I would break the alarm clock, chuck away the cellphone, get a good pair of horses, make a good bow , a spear, knife, leather shoes and clobber, and go live with nature , probably in a game reserve of my choice, like Kruger Park...Fish where i want, hunt where i will, go where i want, no canned foods, only spring water, no more pollution, no more politics, and i would explore everywhere i ever wanted to, on horseback....
Thereafter, explore the remote seashores and seas, ....should be around 90 years old by the time i start worrying where the other guys are...if not, why not ?..

This thought has often crossed my mind also. I'm Irish, so I would look for the closest point to England and travel there by boat with all my fingers crossed that I'll actually make it! From there travel down to Maidstone in Kent and hope that the channel tunnel is still open. I'd walk to France. A shame I'd have nobody to brag to about this. Travel south and spend my days in open blue skys, warm water and total peace.

I'd have to be really confident with a boat, so any further travel would be dangerous.

And I'd stay very faraway from any nuclear power stations. With no Homer Simpson there to manage them they would'nt be that safe!
I've got a warm feeling inside of me just thinking about this.
Thanks for letting me share this.

Oh, and I'd do all of this butt naked. Weather permitting.

I would go to one on those genetics labs. Study and study and study and maybe find a way to give birth a boy and a girl or more than one. That would have been much easier if I was a woman.
Then I would collect as many books as I could on Philosophy, Science, Medics etc etc and create a huge library.
Then I would teach them to read and write and love eachother.
Then I could die...

Search for my daughter and concentrate on survivel, eventually the electricity will go out with no one at the helm so it would be wise to think about shelter during the winter, possibly migrate to a milder climate like your neck of the woods.

I would definately make sure the food and water for me would be taken care of. I would work on things like the home, make sure all secure. And most of all, I would definately make sure I would have some sort of weapon to protect myself just in case someone else out there was trying to do any harm to myself or steal my food.

I would drive 200 MPH, go everywhere and do anything since money would not be an issue. I would see the world, fly airplanes, drive race cars, go on the fastest boats :)
