Mexico city (lots of traffic, and surrounded by mountains that prevent any air circulation). But Beijing or Shanghai must be quite bad also. And Sao Paulo is not a breeze, either. In the US I believe LA is the most polluted.

Well, I would think that Bombay, India
or Hong Kong, China are pretty polluted because of their high population, but also
probably New York
Chicago, San Diego are also pretty polluted because of the large amount of pollution emitted by cars,trucks, factories,etc.

It's NOT San Francisco! San Francisco has a foggy season in the summer. Fog is a natural marine stratus cloud layer formed over the ocean and blown over land.

I know that it a study that was done a couple of years ago it was Mexico City, but am not sure now.

I would think that it would be a toss up between Shanghai and Beijing(both in China)
