Not really because somewhere along the decision making progress you will come to a full stop because there are no more decisions to make. Which means that the line ends there. So it would not really make a web shape.
Plus why do you think there are only 3 possibilities to a decision
Yes/no/do nothing/ - give more thought, ask others could be included as well.

Yes, And I dig that so much. I think about that kind of thing a lot. I like ripples in a pool better. Every decision creates a ripple in a still pool that spreads out through eternity how cool. I have no doubt of this. How awesome.

I always go with my own decision and its i know you are even too correct but after that while takeing decision you live confused and tht is your loosing and blasting issue in life so i take decision my own self and also take decision on other people brain what his brain is doing for him also pehaps it is too interesting in the world and at a time milllians of people brain individually who is thinking about each other i can take decision quick its perhaps more interesting

Why would it only create three, and does it mean theres a universe where people can spell decision?
If you think of every possibility, including universes where I type 'X' here and ones where I dont. There would be far too many universes out there. We are in there here and now and its real.

I read that story too --everyone was killing themselves because in some other dimension they already had and life was meaningless because no decision they ever made hadn't been made in every other possible way, and in most of the dimensions they were sitll alive anyway

I am curious as to "three"? Sorry to answer your question with another question. If the central theme of your question is correct then yes - your possible conclusion must be true.

Yeah - but what is every decision you make does not create three possible parallel universeres etc. We're left right where we started.

Depends which parallel universe you're from and how many times you've been beaten across the head.

It depends whether you believe in the original premise.
It depends on whether you subscribe to that paradigm of self-determinism.
And it's "parallel", by the way.
