Anemia?
Bad circulaton?
Do you have splotchy feet and hands....bruise easily? Eat IRON...liver spinich all that good stuff.
Its easier to just take a suppliment.
Try taking a nice hot hot shower till you are warm then when you get out put on warm clothes a thick robe cushy cozy socks. Crawl into bed... flannel sheets electric blanket...duel control that way you dont cook anyone else with you.
Drink a nice hot cup of tea or cocoa before bed. that warms the inside of your body anyway right.

Are you thin or on a diet? Both can cause you to become cold easier. I am thin by nature, and I have problems keeping warm. My blood pressure is normal, 109/56. I am healthy in every way besides my Epilepsy and Anxiety Disorder. When I can't get warm at home, I put a heating pad on low on my back (still outside at least a thin shirt) for 20 minutes while wearing layers. It helps heat my clothes up and the layers help hold the heat in. I make sure I keep socks on, wear slippers in the house and warm shoes outside. I increase the carbs in my diet to help provide fuel for my body, which scary as it may seem works most of the time. It doesn't neccessarily mean something is wrong. If you are conerned, I would ask you doctor to make sure your blood counts are fine because anemia can also cause this as well as poor circulation an a cold or flu. Also, it is your whole body or just areas?

It could be poor circulation. Some medications can make you more sensitive to cold (beta-blockers in particular), and some thin people are more easily cold because they don't have "insulation" (in other words, fat). Look for gloves with thermal lining, don't wear boots that fit tightly on your feet (if you want to wear thick socks, get bigger boots, or it'll cut circulation and make your feet cold), and jackets that come with a fleece liner with a wind-breaking exterior are usually pretty warm.

You probably have circulation issues. I'm the same way most of the time. Try to make sure to get lots of exercise, that will help a bunch. Good luck!
FYI: We lose the most heat through our head and hands. So make sure to wear thick socks and a cap if you're cold!

I hear oakra helps, or maybe it's spelled okra, it's some kind of vegetable, doesn't look to good to me though.
how about some warm cup a soup or noodles, or hot chocolate.
maybe some excercise would help too.

Bad circulation, check with your doc, you could have an illness that can be treated early on and hopefully get better, like cancer
