The world craves for love. It kneels before it in awe. This is why so many seek for advice. They are hurting and they pour their hearts out to anyone who will listen. Seeking anyone who can give them advice on what to do about their lovelife. Why is it that some people stick the dagger even futher into their hearts with their cruel answers? Thanks for listening.

Though I personally try not to be that harsh to anyone here, I think to a degree that it's good for some. Some people give their hearts away in a snap and fall so deeply, get hurt by, and then wind up depressed because of someone they should have strayed from right at the start. Some people are mean because 1....they're an asshole......but subconsciously it helps the person seeking advice, by waking up, accepting reality, and sometimes that little push is all it takes for them to realize everything else in their lives. So even if it's harsh or mean, sometimes those answers are what matter most.

Perhaps it's because so many people have fallen for the "you'll be 'in-love' forever, if you only choose the right person" myth we are constantly fed by works of fiction. Too many people confuse infatuation with real love and when they are disappointed over and over and over they become quite bitter. Unfortunately, misery does seem to love company. These poor souls are often cruel because they feel so bad themselves.

Because the Internet provides anonymity. I have no obligation to you or to other people who post questions seeking advice. Some people need to hear what will hurt them, sometimes it pushes them in the right direction. Other times, you are right, people are cruel. But by posting questions on the internet you subject yourself to that.

Sadly, there are people in this world who don't like to see anyone else happy. They enjoy inflicting pain on others any way they can.
These people do not have love in their lives, so the try to punish the others who do have love. They do their best to drag others down and make them hurt, too.

You know....you should realize that the cruel ones are actually somewhat of a sign....Saying to you...that the world is cruel and corrupt....Making those that really care...who give heartfelt advise something to ponder and with no reservations. Just think of it that way...and youll have pure true thoughts and advise to go on, and something really funny to laugh at with the others...Nuff said

People come here a lot out of boredom & looking for a laugh. Its easy to insult someone & say exactly what you're thinking when you can't actually see that person, just their question. And sometimes the truth hurts, and they need to hear it.

Some people are just ignorant. They have no clue as to how serious people's situations are so they just say the first stupid thing that comes to mind. Unfortunately this is just plain wrong but u have to over look ignorance.

But they never do.
I am one of those emotional advice seekers but in my case..I fell on my own dagger and can't figure out how to undo the damage.
