This started when cleaning my desktop after installing Yahoo Messenger 8.0, I think I closed it on accident, thinking it was just a shortcut on my desk top. Because I like everything in my quick launch on the task bar. Then when I went to the task bar and clicked the messenger icon it dissapeared, then I knew I had closed it. I can see the messenger icon when I go to start, it is on the most recently open programs list on the left. But it will not open Y ahoo Messenger up.Please help. Thank you for your time. John

Or, find Yahoo Messenger under Start -> Programs.
Or, browse C:\Program Files and find Yahoo Messenger under there.

Go to start- look in all programs- find Yahoo messenger- right click on it and you can create a desktop shortcut so you don't have to take these steps again or you can just open it from there.
