221B Baker Street is described in several of the stories. Holmes and Watson appeared to have their own bedrooms, and there was a sitting room. Bathroom was down the hall probably. Various items of furniture were mentioned, there was a fireplace, where Holmes kept his unanswered correspondence (pinned to it with a knife), and a wall in which Holmes shot the letters "VR" for Victoria Regina with his revolver. Some personal possessions are also mentioned, like his Stradivarius and Persian slipper in which he kept his pipe tobacco. There is today a museum ostensibly at that address, which has laid out the appartment as described in the stories. Might try the 'net for some other ideas, maybe some pictures...

If you are ever in London there is a pub on Northumberland Avenue called the Sherlock Holmes with a good replica of his office.
