I have to mail something that weighs about 40 lls. and is bulky (24"X30"x 10".)
What is the least expensive way to do it?

Normally Parcel Post from the US Postal Service is the best bet if you are shipping within the U.S.

check fedex, ups, usps and greyhound(yes the bus service) they deliver packages too. i imagine they all have websites
