I need to rephrase my salary question....sooo?

What would be a decent salary for someone who works at a job that does require a degree, but they are under trained, under qualified and are inefficient.

Jack - yes a college education, but completely unprepared by that degree.

no college education...

i would say between 18000-23000 per year
