dg/dt = 4 d/dt(sec t) + d/dt(tan t)
= 4 sec t tan t + sec ^ 2 t using derivatives of standard trig functions

What's the derivative of sec(t)? Multiply that by 4. What's the derivative of the tangent function. Add that.
