With so many fads and change in our culture and society within the last 50 years will there be another one soon, if so what will the theme of it be. Any ideas on what will drive it and what will change next in our way of life and thinking?

If only I were a prophet! I think the next revolution of any importance will be a Christian revival. Some countries are experiencing this now. This world is consumed by greed and evil (with some wonderful exceptions) and the time surely must be near (to quote an old hymn) 'when the waters will cover the seas'. Christ has promised to come again - I do not know God's mind but He must be in agony just as He was on the cross - that pain can not be bore for ever - even God must have his limits.

Yes, Ray Kurzweil predicts that people will be able to stay young forever, that people will develop relationships with virtual personalities, and machines will become as intelligent as humans are, etc. I think we're going to see some DRAMATIC changes in the next 10 years, 20 years, and definitely 100 years. :)

And, YOU might live to be 5000 years old.
