He's horrible! Squinty little close-set eyes, small mouth, a constant "duh" look on his face, canNOT act, and so on.

Now that whats-his-name David Tom is off of OLTL they pught to beg him to come back and portray Billy 'cause this guy doesn't do it for me, Sorry.
