The Directer of the CIA said himself that they cant prove those were the guys and that some of them may still be alive. I guess hes an idiot too.

Because they don't want to admit that they made a mistake. It would provide absolute proof that the 9/11 Conmission report is a pack of lies.
Any change to the original story automatically invalidates it, and so many people believe it, there is no need to change.
Have you noticed how the controlled media is now scrabbling to produce stories which defend the original ideas. It demonstrates that the 9/11 truth movement is having a significant effect.

Not enough people know there is a discrepancy, so the govenrment tries to avoid calling attention to it. Besides, correcting the early mistake made there could give the enemy imporant information (they might be able to pinpoint where our intellegence came from), while doing little for the American people besides satisfying curiosity. They might not be sure who was really on the planes yet. Wait a few years and the facts will get straightened out, or at the least, a better version of them will come out.

None of the hijackers have been found to be "alive."

and did you know that they were trained to fly planes in the US!? funny how they didnt want to know how to land them. theyre just like oooh yeaaay im gonna kill some people and crash a plane and get to heaven and have a loveley afterlife! ugh! its sick. i cant believe it........
