Hi, I don't think that you are being provided with a good level of customer service. Have you complained to management?
Tons of people pick up Cd's at places like tesco and don't realise they have to take it to the entertainment counter, I've nearly done it myself. The staff working on the counters should be checking the the CD cases to make sure they have been filled, before they scan them through. I suggest you try again, you've made an honest mistake. Be firmer this time and ask for the companies complaints procedure. Write to head office if you have to!

Oh now, how silly some of these answers are! Just shows no-one is much into caring and sharing, but only wants quick points! Not at all how this is supposed to work!
Listen everyone! I missed her original question too. All you have to do is click on her avatar and see her profile and it is right there. That's the only "link" you need!
Now think of some ideas to help her!
Miss-Elect, I would suggest you e-mail Tesco Customer relations and explain it all to them. Sorry I can't come up with anything better, but at least I scolded the people who were making your problem worse!
