you can also add tranny fluid in the fuel to lube the top end..

Not knowing what you really want to do, or get out of it...I'd say first go to your local automotive store or car dealer of your car make. Ask them what they suggest to use. If this is what I think you're asking...I use PS / Power Service, Diesel Fuel Supplement. A cetane boost...it prevents gelling, cleans injectors, and as it says, boosts cetane.
