I don't see the problem. If she's your girlfriend then I can't see you getting hurt by telling her you love her. If anything, she'll be flattered. I guess it really depends on how old you are. By the way, can you expain how you could possibly get hurt? What do expect her to do, or say? Be a man and just tell her.

well start of by using that word alot like " you know what i love (pause for a second) i love the stars on a night like this but use it only in romantic settings. so she gets used to that word and you saying it. lol it works
then start up a conversation about "what love is" and then say i care about you deeply and "i think i could fall in love with you" OR "i think im falling for you" or if you wanna be brave which i think you should you can say "(what ever her name is) im falling in love with you
sorry there is a huge chance you will get hurt but if she loves you to and you let it pass you will hurt even more when she leaves you because she needs to feel loved and you never said it

Tell her you only live once. If you have feelings like that you need to tell the person, how long have you been dating and how old are you?

Well I would suggest you take her out to a movie,then out somewhere nice to eat & then tell her!but first kinda hint around ask her how she fells about you!!
