I know there's the original seven, but they're getting old. We need some new ones!
Like : the fact that hunks of metal are flying above our heads every day, or the size of Tony Blair's ears?

My seven wonders of the modern world are:

My parents, totally crazy but very loving and supportive

Castles it is amazing how people without our technology built them.

Planes cause you can travel at the speed of sound and be in another county under three hours(depending on the country)

The Channel Tunnel - the train is under the sea, quite a achievement.

Rome- the Whole city just amazes me.

Electric- where would we be without it

Ricky Martin, great Humanitarian fighting for children's rights and I also think he looks good can dance and sing (others may disagree)

Most of the seven wonders of the ancient world don't exist anymore.

I would go for:
- Great Wall of China
- Pyramids & Sphynx.
- The statue of Jesus in Brazil (the one on the cliff face arms outstretched)
- The Vatican (it's a damn huge building)
- the Prophet Mosque in Medina
- the Thomas Telford bridge in Bangor
- Stonehenge
