Guy+ Girl 1= Engagement. Guy dumps Girl 1in a HORRIFIC split. Guy moves on to Girls 2 (whom he did marry), 3 (F*** buddy), and is currently on 4 and its VERY serious (possible engagement around christmas). Girl 1 still remembers guy’s birthday and wants to be his friend, and wants to talk about him all of the time to her friends. Guy wants absolutely NOTHING to do with Girl 1. Is Girl 1 just not over it or what?? Is this healthy??

Btw, I am girl 4 NOT girl 1. Girl 1 is emailing me and bugging me about why my guy won't talk to her anymore. I don't see why she won't get over it...it was 5 YEARS AGO!!

girl 1 isn't over the guy and no...it's not healthy for girl 1 ok. she needs to get on with her own life and find someone that wants to be with her. hanging onto someone who has made it clear that they don't want her isn't healthy at all.

OMG this certainly is NOT healthy. First of all, this guy is a d*ck!

It 's sad that this girl is still stuck on this guy. But seriously, she needs to find a way to get over him. Keeping herself tied to this guy is only going to cause her much greater pain as time goes by. I know it's hard to get over someone you truly love. But sometimes it's got to be done.

I never thought it would be possible for me to get over my ex. We were together on and off for 4 years and lived together for the last 6 months of our relationship. I made him my EVERYTHING. One day, I come home from work and all his stuff is gone, including him. He left me a note on my fridge apologizing for walking out like a coward. Long story short, he tried to come back, I made myself strong. A year later - I'm WAY over him!

Good luck to Girl 1. To all the girls for that matter.

Now i do not understand what is in the message. Based on the question in bold, it is not healthy. You can cause unwanted problems for yourself in other relationships.
