First off, you need an ABS card. or something like one. The US Merchant Marines is another place to look into. These are like the Tickets that allow you to work in an Offshore Enviroment, without them, no job.

IF YOU HAVE QUALIFICATIONS AS YOU STATE!! YOU SHOULD NOT BE ASKING FOR HELP FOR EMPLOYMENT THERE ARE CORPORATIONS OUT THERE WOULD GRAB YOUR ARM OFF JUST CONTACT ONE OR TWO OF THEM FOR AN INTERVIEW THEY WONT REFUSE YOU IF YOU REALLY DO HAVE THOSE QUALIFICATIONS AND YOU HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WHICH IS ALWAYS ASKED OF YOU. SOMETHING DOES NOT ADD UP HERE!!!!
