My last birthday was my 21st birthday. Nobody knew I was pregnant, so they thought they'd take me out to a bar. So...I had to tell them, haha! I ended up going to a casino, and gambling, since I couldn't drink. It was still a lot of fun :)

Here are some ideas of things you could do:

Spa treatment or massage
Get a manicure/pedicure
Go to the movies
Go shopping
Go out to dinner
Go to a casino
Go to a concert

Hope these help! :)

I got pregnant 3 days before my birthday with the first one.. so of course I celebrated the way I would have normally, as I didnt know I was pregnant lol .. this time around I am bypassing my birthday by a month and a half, so the baby will already be here.

Maybe go out for dinner, do something recreational, go for a walk by the water, something nice.

Happy Birthday!!

My answer may not be too relevant to help you, but when I was pregnant with my first, I turned 18. My birthday is October 30, so we had a costume party. My best friend and I dressed up as members from TLC. It was a lot of fun to get dressed up with make up and funny outfits we made from our own clothes. This year I am pregnant again and I will be 21! I look forward to hearing answers you get. I can't drink for my birthday but still want to have a blast.

Well Happy Birthday! I'm also in the Detroit area (Auburn HIlls...across the street from the superdome) The thing i loved doing while i was pregnant was bowling! as long as you have a light ball and try not to strain yourself you will be fine...All my friends were planning a big night untill they found out I was pregnant..it was going to be my 21st birthday but we had to change everything..we also went shopping

We went to my favorite restaurant, then for a casual stroll, just spent time together, quietly. We knew that after the birth, there would be no time to spend like that , free of guilt, or worry. So, just enjoy each others' company and relax doing what you enjoy most of all. By the way, we have 6 children now, and we have to be very creative now when leaving the house. And we have to make sure we make the most of the time we do spend away from the kids. . . we're just as happy 20 years married as when we were awaiting our first child !! Best of luck to you both :)

I went out with a bunch of my girlfriends, first to eat, then to a disco and finally, at about 2 a.m. home to one woman's house where we were spending the weekend.
I was only about 10-12 weeks pregnant (so it was really early days) but everyone fussed over me (THAT felt good).
Happy Birthday, whatever you decide to do!!!

I was about to say i went out for a meal but i didn't know i was pregnant on my birthday, just thought i was (found out a week later for certain).

Now i actually think about it i was on a 12 hour bus trip on my birthday back from a week away which kinda sucked. i don't suggest doing that!!!

I went to the casino...lol. And ate at my favourite restaurant with a group of friends.

P.S. I'm from Windsor, so I know you can hit up Casino Windsor, we're right beside Detroit. And now it's smoke-free, so it's great.

I took a nap, watched movies for most of the day, and then my husband took me to my favorite restaurant, and made a wonderful birthday cake. It was a great birthday.

First off Happy Birthday!!! And I turned 18 when i was 5 months pregnant and I just went out to lunch with my boyfriend and then came home took a nap and when we got up we rented a movie on comcast and split one of those boxes of entermans cinnamon rolls. You dont have to go out to be happy. just stay home with someone you love and rub your belly. Its equally special.
