opening paragraph( how you learned of the open position, state your objective, mention any skills you have specific to job available, explain why you are interested.
Central paragraphs:(second and third paragraphs, show how you are qualified, limit it to one basic point.
Closing:(Final paragraph; request an interview time, let the reader know when you are available, give contact phone number,state if voice mail is available and also email address, end with a statement of good will even if only thank you for your time and consideration.
