Try makin a "Bologna Burger" yeah..............that's right !

Cheese
Lettuce
Tomato
Onion
Pickle
Then......Put all this on a Toasted Hamburger Bun !!! Yummmm!
EVEN BETTER WHEN YOU TOAST THE BUN and MELT THE CHEESE LIKE YOU DO GRILLED CHEESE.
TALK ABOUT "GOOD" OH YEAH THAT'S "GOOD".

fried bologna is popular in nc. fry it in a skillet, then top it with mustard and throw it on a peice of toasted white bread.

YOU CAN BBQ THICK BOLOGNA WITH SAUCE AND HAVE SAUTEED ONIONS.
YOU CAN FRY BOLOGNA AND SCRAMBLE EGGS.
MY FAV. IS FRESH GARDEN TOMATOES, ONION, BOLOGNA AND RANCH DRESSING SANDWICH.
