It seems that lately ALL you ever see or hear in the news is some kind of really horrid detestable crime. Has it always been like this? Or I am just noticing it more and more as I grow older?

Ok, aside from all the political things too though. How about all the killings. Like the guy who dragged his wife behind his truck, or the woman who cut out the baby from it's mother's womb, or the guy who held those girls hostage. I mean, everyday, it's something news. It's so sad.

it's getting worse...it's terrible to think of the next generation growing up in this world of crime, but i think that it's up to us- future parents to raise better people.

That is exactly the reason I don't watch the news very much. I hate to hear all the sad things that are going on. My life is bad enough without the added headache of all the evil and hateful crap going on the world.
