Reggie Bush has a potential for greatness - but Barry is still the greatest - he did all that with awful teams - he's a legend. Bush really hasn't proved anything yet.

Not only that, Barry is a stand-up guy. Bush is, so far, kind of a shady character (scandal at USC).

Don't compare the great Barry Sanders to Reggie Bush.

As of this very moment I would say Barry Sanders. Barry was the type of guy that would get stopped for a 5 yard loss then the next play bust a 40 yard run. If he hadn't retired early he would have shattered the all-time rushing mark. As far as Reggie goes if he continues to improve there is no telling how great this kid can be.

i'm no longer the international's best Barry Sanders fan. i don't think of that he changed into very efficient in short yardage situations. Jim Brown, Emmit Smith, Walter Payton, Erik Dickerson and some others were extra finished backs than Sanders. inspite of this Reggie Bush isn't even interior an identical league as Barry Sanders. Barry Sanders had a extra ideal college and professional occupation than Bush. Sanders turned right into a sturdy each down again, and Bush is a glorified third down again. it really isn't any longer Bush's fault, yet Bush is a beneficiary of a lot L.A. hype. Barry changed into heading in the right direction to be the finished RB yardage gainer of all time. Bush received't also be contained in the best 20.

You're joking right? I wouldnt even mention them in the same breath. Reggie Bush has not even reached the level to be put in the same paragraph unless youre refering to that the play the same sport. Sanders is very likely the best back the NFL has ever and may ever see. Yeah, hes 3rd on the all time yards list but he retired on his terms. I am a huge Payton fan but, he had a better line then barry ever did

Barry Sanders. Ask me again in 5 years when Bush has gotten some PT under his belt. Sanders was about the most talented running back since Walter Payton, so he'll be hard to top.

Barry Sanders was without doubt, the greatest running back in the history of the NFL. Look at the team he played for, I don't blame him for retiring before he got killed. He was absolutly great. There isn't even a comparison between him and bush

Are you even serious??? Reggie Bush has ZERO career touchdowns. There will never be another Barry Sanders. He was absolutely ridiculous the way he make pro defenders look like they were you and me trying to tackle him.

I truly believe that Sanders despite not having the record is the best rb I have ever seen or even alive. Yes Jim Brown put up amazing numbers in his days despite playing less games and retiring early but if you compare Sanders body of work against the players of "Old" he would've tore it up. Brown would just be a 1000 yard back in todays game if that and lets not even talk about Emmit. Yeah he holds the record but it took him several more years to get it when Sanders could've just broken it in one or maybe 2 years. Now with Bush it's too early to tell wait for 5 years and compare body of work. Right now he's just being used as decoy and a wr.
