There are different kinds of conservatives. The kind of conservatives you're referring to are the business owners who want to get as much profit out of their companies as possible, so they try to take as much away from their employees as they can get away with. The rest of the conservatives follow along for various reasons, not all of which are entirely logical, but it's hard getting through to them when the media they are subjected to is all owned by the wealthy.

I wasn't aware that conservatives were in favor of that.
Now, Republicans seems to favor that...as long as it isn't them doing the long hours/short pay/no insurance.
But then, even a lot of rich Democrats feel the same way!

Both parties have forgotten about us, middle America.
The guys and gals who foot the bill for most everything - and don't enjoy the tax breaks enjoyed by the rich, or the welfare help enjoyed by the poor.
We're just the host, being sucked dry by whomever is in Congressional control...and right now, its the Republicans.

They aren't, they're just in favor of being allowed to work and keep most of what you earned. It is, in point of fact, the Democrats who made such a hinked up mess of the tax laws, and added all those extra percentages to cover their Welfare State. Check your history.
As to wages, you get what you agree to work for, so don't blame it on anybody but the bean counters. And that's the result of only hiring management that's been to college, and wants the good life with as little effort as possible, and no stake but money in the outcome. Sure, the politicians make it easier for them, but if you don't like their policies, vote them out of office. Regularly. The longer they're in there, the dirtier they get.
If you want a free ride, look somewhere else, cause you get neither from Washington, just a bunch of people trying to feather their nests at somebody else's expense. That's the American way. Difference is, the good guys try to give a little back to the little guy who makes his wealth possible.
Also, consider what the Liberals are really offering you--about the same free ride the regular guys got from Stalin and his ilk. Which is to say, lots of work and all the profits going into someone else's pot. Which is why communism failed in Russia, and will continue to fail all over. Because human nature is not altruistic, and those who look for a handout usually end up on the pointy end of their 'benefactors' stick.
When you work for a living, at least in this country, you have some control over how much you make, and you always have control over how you spend it. If you aren't doing so well at that, take a class, don't hand your pocketbook over to some crooked politician. It can only end badly, no matter what he calls himself.

Wrong. I actually work fewer hours and make more. That's why I'm answering this silly question in the afternoon on a Thursday. The reason is simple, I'm good at my job and have experience. It happens. HAHAHA

Anyway, I'm in favor of working, not expecting a handout. Why do liberals support socialism? Used to be the Democrats used to the party of the working class, now they are overrun by liberals and are the party of the underclass. The people that want the government to take care of them.

Why are liberals so in favor of stealing from hard working conservatives so that they have to work longer, take home less, and can't afford insurance?

I don't think the average american conservative wants that. Maybe the ones in office who make enough to not worry about long days and no insurance.

It's actually a case of they don't want their longer harder work to pay for all the lazy democrats and their pet illegal aliens to take a freebie ride on the system.

Uh, i'm conservative, and I'm not in favor of working for less pay.

But I am NOT in favor of giving free money to freeloaders who don't want to work.
