i am a big fan of lost, so i asked myself the same question a while ago. the best site i found was http://www.spoilerfix.com
it lists all open source material (trailers, commercials, excerpts from print and digital media) to put together a semi-clear picture of what may happen on that show.
other than that, check the massage boards of your shows. they mostly have guesses about what may happen, but that is half the fun, right?!?!

Well, I assume that you are asking about Goldrush. In that case, you can either guess, or just wait until the show airs.
