I get up at 4:20 everyday and probably don't remember anything until 8:30. Talk about autopilot.

I get up 40 minutes to 2 hours before I have to work (I work at different times each day). So I start out slowly with a cup of coffee, read the paper, eat something, check email, etc. Suddenly I have about ten minutes to get dressed and rush out the door, always forgetting something upstairs, so I run back in, up the stairs, back down and hop in my car.

I'm one of those people that slaps the fire out of the alarm half a dozen times before I finally realize I have no choice in the matter, and then get up running.

I don't wake up to a clock, I wake up to my husband's kisses. I start out slowly. I wait in bed until he brings me a cup of coffee, I drink it and then get up.

lots of weight lifting does boost your velocity. in certainty purely working lots of spints at 2 hundred% anytime. doing persistence (somewhat long runs) are very sturdy for purchasing your situations extra appropriate for sprints. yet thats purely what i do and my one hundred, 2 hundred, 3 hundred, and four hundred have decreased through fact that i all started doing those excerises.

I hit the ground running. Usually because I've overslept and it is a necessity... ;-)
