Does it mean that as a woman hits forty, her sexual libido takes a nose dive?. What does a woman need to do to help her enjoy sex more and most of all, have more orgasms. Take Supliments, which one?. exercise? how?. What really.

Well I am 42 and my sexual drive has not done a nose dive actually it is more intense I find that need and desire to have sex more than I did when I was in my 30s.

The thing is if you stop feeling good about yourself then all things will go wrong.
As weird as this will sound, take a few hormonal pills to keep things balance, change the colour of your hair, hit the gym and tone up those muscles and get a boyfriend who is more than 10 years younger than you.
He will have you weak.

Never heard of this one. I read that a woman reaches her sexual peak at 40. I'm 33 now and have a high sex drive. I sure hope I don't lose it at 40. That would really suck for my hubby.

I Hear a woman's libido increases until she is like 45. you learn to enjoy sex. and then it is snatched away by old age...what a shame
