by tall women? Me im five ten and I m sick of men passing me over because of my height, like Im not good enough because Im not the size of a child!
Im nice, rarely get jealous, give my man freedom, have my own money, look great naked, but for all of this I would still get passed over for a short chick.
Even tall men do this, why?

I know I'm neither male nor tall but I know the answer to this so I'm going to answer your question anyway....
Men feel threatened by strong women. Tall men who are with short women are ones who are MOST insecure. They need to feel BIG and BURLY and capable of overpowering their women if they want. (Not that most of them ever would.) It makes them feel more masculine. In a nutshell....they are insecure.

I am a girl, but I do know what you are talking about. I am only 5'2" and the shortest guy that I ever dated was 5'9". My husband is 6'3". All of the tall guys that I dated told me they liked short girls. I don't know why. I don't care that I am short. I wouldn't want to be shorter or taller. I understand your frustration. I would probably feel the same way as you. But there are guys out there that like tall girls. Have you ever dated a shorter guy? By the way , you sound gorgeous. I am sure that you will find someone who is man enough for you! :)

You've probably not met the right tall men. I'm 6'5", and I've never been intimidated by a woman's height...I suppose if a woman was taller than me, I might. But at 5'10" you are a shorty. ;) You sound like quite a woman, but I'm happily married. Good luck!

Nothing for people with no self-esteem problems. Hang in there, you'll find those guys one of these days. I have heard that a 5' 6" guy may actually prefer a tall woman because they are soooo fun to slow dance with. lol

I would hesitate to categorize all men of being intimidated by a single factor, especially size related. Be yourself and show confidence. I'm sure there are plenty of available men who, like me, actually prefer a taller woman. (gotta luv long legs!)

I'm 6', can I answer anyway? Not long ago, I knew a young lady 6'6" tall, and she was the sweetest, most fascinating person imaginable. I didn't care about her height--there was just more of her to admire. She was a doll-baby.

6'2" here I like tall woman. I had a lady that I would take to weddings as my date. She was 6'2" and then she would put on high heels. We always got alot of stares when we were on the dance floor.
